How can we help?
We specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of behavioural, developmental, and medical disorders of children 0-17 years of age. We see patients only on a referral basis at the request of another practitioner, often your family doctor.

While we do not provide primary care for healthy children, we encourage our patients to have a primary care provider for routine check-ups and common illnesses. Your child's well-being is our priority, and we are here to support their health journey.
Getting ready for your visit
Things to know
-It is important to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to appointment time to allow time to park, check-in, and review our office policies.

-Paid parking is available in the parking lots north and south of our building and along the street.
​
-Initial consults will range from approximately 45-90 minutes depending on the age of your child and the appointment type.
​
-We strive to see our patients at their scheduled time, but we ask for your patience if your pediatrician is running behind with another patient.

Things to bring
-Your child's valid health care card.
​
-A list of your child's current medications.
​
-Any completed forms or reports that are relevant to you child's appointment to be scanned into our electronic medical records program.
​
-We have a few toys and books in our waiting room, but please feel free to bring anything else your little ones may need to keep them busy during their wait.
Forms
-You may be asked to complete forms prior to appointment. Please ensure that you have them completed prior to appointment, so your time will be optimized with your pediatrician.

-Upon booking first appointment, our office staff will ask for your email address. All forms are encrypted and emailed through the secure email application, Medeo.
​
-If you don’t have email or internet, paper forms can be made available for pick-up. Please call our office at 403-343-6404 to arrange.
PARKING
Helpful Parking Information
-There are Indigo Neo paid parking lots in the south of our building, the Central Alberta Professional Centre and in the north parking lot located across from our building along 43 Street. Payment is made through the Indigo Neo app or by using the Indigo kiosk inside our building lobby.
-For any issues with Indigo Neo payments, please contact them directly at 1-403-269-7275.
-There is also paid parking on the street which is paid using the Hot Spot parking app.
